Today the Explorers took part in a spontaneous activity to see which items float or sink. This was following on from a child that discovered that somethings float in the water tray. The children were amazed and were making predictions about which items they thought would float and which ones would sink.
You could continue this at home with items in the bath or in the paddling pool on a sunny day...
