In the Explorers room the role-play area was changed into a role-play beach area. The children were provided with towels, pretend suncream, sand and water to see if the children were able to interact with one another and begin to have their own friends. Staff then spoke to the children about what they see and do at the beach and children were able to talk about their own experiences.
